And u r saying u r poor?? look u use some tech and u r interested in learning . It's all you need for learning coding . U don't have some lap top?? is it the big problem?? i dont think so ....by learning basic of html and css u can get a job . so not every great person was rich and by the time u r annoying that u r not that clever or poor others even havent some phone they r learning code by paper . So and of my point don't be pessimistic and keep on!

keep learning use the w3school it's the good please to learning and u know for understanding u should practice all time and not by reading u should copy others web page it would be great practice to understand and also use them with correct whay. And also try to code a lot because for coding u should CODE!
