What are frameworks and libraries? I hear them everywhere but I don’t know what they are...help appreciated ;)

A web library is a derived or work record the name of which starts with WEBLIB_. All PeopleSoft iScripts are embedded in records of this type. An iScript is a specialized PeopleCode function that generates dynamic webcontent. Administrators should make sure that users have the proper access to web libraries.
