Report quizzes?

First off, I tried to search for this question, so sorry if it is a duplicate. I'm wondering if there is a way to purely report quizzes and not just dislike them, as we can do for posts.
Recently, I have come across bad thigs put into quizzes. Along with just random questions like, "What is the answer" with no code or other context, there have been questions with explicit things in them, et cet. Nothing terrible, but not what you want to find here. Anyway, is there any way to report quizzes?

I daily see 2-3 questions of these kinds of question while reviewing quizzes ... what I can only do is dislike , but still some gets approved surprisingly & after that U can report those quizzes(once they get approved)

So far I have been mostly lucky. No profanity in any of the questions I tried; only one or two faulty codes and some bad English that made the question difficult to understand. I guess a comment section would be too risky and easily misused for senseless chatter, but maybe adding two more possibilities like "faulty" or "improper" could do the trick?
