Can I execute my files .php with an ::action:: in HTML??? in SoloLearn?? How?

Hi guys, I have a question about whether sololearn allows me to run my php files or how I can make this work with a - action- in html, as I always get these kinds of errors :(

PHP Warning: include(ejer08.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in ..\Playground\ PHP Warning: include(): Failed opening 'ejer08.php' for inclusion (include_path='.;...\Playground\') in ..\Playground\

or this:
404 - File or directory not found.

I’m pretty sure that you can’t use php files into your html projects in sololearn.
