Javascript Propagation Dilemma!

Question

imagine that a <p> is inside of a <div>, then we want to assign "onclick" event to both. which onclick event will happen first if I define this:

p.addEventListener("click", func1, false);
div.addEventListener("click", func2, true);

and please tell why?
