xp - how is it works?

What does it depend on?

I mean, why if you challenge high-level-person, sometimes you can get more than 30 xp and sometimes only 1?

It is due to your level sololearn uses algorithm which says that if you challenge low level person then small xp will be awarded and if you challenge greater level person than you will get large amount of xp .........
