Is golang the future of C++?

The complexity of C++ (even more complexity has been added in the new C++), and the resulting impact on productivity, is no longer justified. All the hoops that the C++ programmer had to jump through in order to use a C-compatible language make no sense anymore — they're just a waste of time and effort. Now, Go makes much more sense for the class of problems that C++ was originally intended to solve https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bruce_Eckel

I consider Rust as better language than Go but Mozilla has not power of Google. So I think that Go has bright future.

I haven't heard about Rust. sounds like an interesting language to try.

Yeah I don't really feel the Go-love either, the language designers have made some really weird decisions. it feels like they want to make the language overly simple just for the sake of it... Rust has it's own problems but even if I haven't looked at it very in-depth, it looks very promising and a lot nicer than Go (and probably C++ too)

Go designers are making smart decisions to make Go fast, simple, and elegant. Go standard library is amazing.
