Weeeeell... technically this post can be accused of something similar, lol. In any case there is always content like this (some questions have made me laugh), and none of those questions passes the process of moderation (besides being exposed to the suspension of your account), so it is not so relevant

Technically, formal Quiz Reviewers can easily decide *against* the submission rather than *in favor of* it. Still, the votes of Quiz Reviewers only pass (or not) the submission higher to the application developers who have the final say.
