Is it enough to know HTML, CSS and Javascript for front-end designing?

I just started my journey through becoming Web developer and first I want to know and learn front-end designing
and I wanna know are HTML, CSS and Javascript enough?

You should also consider frameworks and newer web components
-in particular ReactJS (from faceBook), and Material design from Google

a lot of sites use Bootstrap from Twitter also

These will save you a lot of time
