Can you study IT if you have math literature in school

As far as I know there is no reason you couldn't study IT regardless of what ever else you are studying.

If you're talking about self learning, there's nothing stopping you. If you're referring to tertiary education, that's subject to entry requirements for that particular institution & course. So it pretty much depends on where you go & at what level you study.
