How to submit a simple form with php programing

Question

In HTML file i have a form with 2 input field and 1 submit button
Both the name field and the city field each have drop down choices.
I want to create a php script that will randomly select a value from the dropdown of each of the fields, then submit.
So, for example, one submission might be "irfan" for first name and "sota" for city.

The next time the name and city chose rendom from drop-down list and submit.

it's challenge for all php programmers.

More information needed. Do you have access to the backend of this website, or are you trying to act like a bot submitting a form on someone else's website? If it's someone else's website, then you can try choosing a value from each drop down, and click submit. Then check if they are using method="get" (you can find out doing view source too). If they use 'get', instead of 'post', then you can just fake a URL with the embedded form data. If they don't have some kind of anti-scraping security, then you'll get the HTML of the relevant results page you want. If they use post, then an automated user interface test tool could be used. Again, more information needed!
