How should we learn python?

plz tell me how should we go ahead through python to become a master coder in this language..... and how should we spend time in each section

Read and apply what you've learned. Take notes; get yourself a paper notebook and write or document your journey to mastering Python. Memory degrades or fades over time; your notes will come in handy when you have forgotten something. You will thank yourself for taking notes. It happens to me everytime. Forgot some string methods or regex special sequences? Just open your notes. It's also very satisfying to see a once blank notebook being filled up. Feels like you're getting closer to your goal.

Dont just read the theory or programs.Try writing small bits of code by your own.Try not using the built-in functions in the beginning.Try solving problems by logic .Try to participate in many challenges as you can.
