If I want to develop my logic in coding as a newbie what should I do?

The best way to develop your LOGIC is to create flowcharts and then translate your charts into pseudo code by hand (i.e. on a whiteboard). To do flowcharts on your desktop there are many great downloads (i.e. Raptor Flowchart Interpreter).

If you're trying to program for the first time, play around with Scratch by MIT. Else go ahead with python. You can practise by coding, here Solo learn, Hackerrank,, etc
