I'm new to angular and soo curious about angular CLI. please give a clear explanation.

Angular CLI is a command line tool that generates an Angular environment in advance for you. Angular CLI packs with tools like webpack, gulp and many more to compile your code and Bundle it. If there was no Angular CLI, we would have to write all the code by Ourselves and that's a hell lot of work. So angular does that work and the development of the app is all we have to concentrate on than scratching the head to think about compiling the code or bundling it. Hope that solves your confusion :)
