Which software can i use to make a hotel managemen system (offline)

am trying to make a project and i have knowledge about Java , Php, SQL, C. I really need a hint because its really stressing me out....

Java and MySQL would be my choice for offline. But then a web-based system, even offline, can utilise existing frameworks... so there's some possibility there too. Let's see what other people say. I wouldn't want you to take only my advice!
