is c++ the best language to learn?

For me, the answer is yes because C++ have a Lightweight programming language and have a good perfomance especially on game development...

but for me, C++ is not the best from all programming languages... Its like every programming languages is unique and have their talents

An example like if we want to make a website, we maybe will use javascript or python. But when we want to make a game, we will use C++, C# or Java.

Javascript, HTML and CSS are for webdesign.

C++ is the first way to go for software development, you'll learn most from it.

javascript, html and css. those are the best first languages to learn, once you learn those, goto java. JAVA you can make games for android and make alot of money
