How to actually run Python

Hey there, I've just started my journey with programming and so far so good, but how do actually run Python? I mean I saw many times Python like having the console on one side, and things running on the other - I want things like this to practice in it directly. I've already installed the program but the only thing I have is a kind of "raw" strach pad. Could you help me? Sorry that I'm so retarded lol

Install Python3 from official website and you have the python shell installed.

I obviously did it but as I said, it's only one window here, and I'd like it to be one for writing, other for running.

Yes, the free version of Pycharm is perfect for that. Or any other IDE.
