Looking for a C/C++ _Offline_ Reference App

I've a medical condition regarding my memory. Internet is slow, unreliable, and costly in RSA. I seek an Android app that concisely covers the STL for C99 and C++20 or 17. Would prefer free with no adds. I'm tired of having to check cplusplus & cppreference every time I can't remember a spelling or what the name of a container function was, an argument count, a caveat. Manpages are useful, but not quite as easy as an app would be and require focus switch. Will check in tomorrow. Thanks.

There are some offline manuals here: http://en.cppreference.com/w/Cppreference:Archives You should be able to get something working on your phone. Currently, it looks like all the C++ offline apps are poor quality or suspect. An offline website might be your best bet for now.

Also note, SoloLearn can be used offline, according to their FAQ: "Can I access SoloLearn courses offline? Offline Learning Mode is available for our Android and iOS apps. Android users can make the course available offline from the Course Selection page. iOS users can do this through Download Assets on the Settings page." Source: https://www.sololearn.com/faq/#q4

Thanks Xan but SL doesn't cover the STL nearly and it's not really a reference, it's courses (without C or C++20 covered properly) of which I'm a little beyond. As for the cppreference archives, it'd be a pain to view them on my phone, but as a last resort, I had considered downloading the site. I'm looking for an app like a dictionary or thesaurus, where I can type a container like vector in and see all its member functions, etc. or where I can scroll through a neat little list of the STL, by keyword or header. Most of all, something that fits my phone's 4" screen properly!
