Well the only tool for Android apps, I know, is Android Studio, but it doesn't give you this line-by-line instructions.

Hey mate, I'm not talking about tutorials, I'm talking about tool which can give me line-by-line instructions on progress. Just like freeCodeCamp gives in each statement.
