Question

I make website a/q Desktop view, In desktop website look awesome but in mobile its look ugly.
I want to ask is there any way to program website in destop view and mobile view with different css styles.
only with css.

You must learn about responsive layout and it will solve your problem.
Learn various CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Grid and Flexbox. It will certainly make your webpage responsive.
And if you have time then learn another framework i.e Sass. It will improve your code writing speed n code management.
