Daily solve one problem which is related to programming. How much you take to solve it problem it depends upon you.You need extra skills and extra practice.write code daily.Never miss any day.you need lot of patience and practice. How much you practice daily and how many hours you spend in coding it's not important , important is that how much you learn from your daily practice and your mistakes.Remember that increase your value by learning and practice.if your work and hours of coding is not valuable than nothing......

There are requirements for entry; but there isn't a "minimum time spent programming requirement" criteria. Look at (https://icpc.baylor.edu/regionals/rules) for the criteria. In a similar way that there isn't a minimum time spent playing football to get onto the football team. You get on the team by impressing the coach/scouts. There is probably an average amount of time people spend preparing, but finding that out is not practical; however my guess is that it is exactly "a lot". They have put a website together containing lots of practice challenges. https://uva.onlinejudge.org/ I suggest that you spend as much time as you can completing them before the competition.

Got it, but that's just a result. I mean the whole process you have to pass to finally arrive to those results.
