I want to develop a window app. Which uses DBMS and generates reports in Excel, PDF, etc formats. Can it possible in python ?

1.if u want to develop windows based application then the base programm better be written in c# sharp coz it's wat windows use.
2.reading a database or server can be implemented using client server models of c#.
3. generating report in table format is possible but I know with SQL only .
