this is not really a hacking class but if you want to talk about those.. look for hackers forums and discuss it dere. but if you have a programming issue relating to cyber security. it is ok as long as you have made some effort to solve the problem and please explain in details.

I think this site is meant for programming languages specifically, and not functions of the internet. If it were, we may even have a how to on making a computer, our own engine, out own programming language, ect.
