CSS, WEB PAGE BACKGROUND

Question

It is possible instead of using background images in html web pages, use a video as background? And if the answer is yes, could anybody put me in the right path please. Thanks.

yes its possible to use a video as your background,but please never use such in your website or anything that the public will see.Its unnecessary and disturbing,and will distract from the pages main content so i dont find a point in learning this.But its okay to learn it for fun
