can a form have multiple submit button with different destination?

good day Everyone..
i'm sure most of us have come across this question..
"can a form have multiple submit button with different destination?".
..
well the thing is i saw this in a HTML challenge question . and i failed.. it was a yes or no question and i clicked no..
..
i know this is possible with the aid of javaScript.
but common this is a HTML challenge what has it got to do with javaScript

is there some kind of HTML5 API am missing out on??
or could an array of URL's be used with the form action?

As I'm aware, there is no way of doing that without using any other languages beside HTML. Maybe I'm missing out something, too?

So formaction atrribute can work except for < ie9 users. That's something new to me. 😁
I prefer JavaScript tho.
