Hello !! am beginner in programming language. I wonder if anyone can you please tell me what is the language more suitable for software development for Android, it is also what is the best for Web development. i'm not talking about identification and Yes the most applicable.

If you're a beginner and care more about logic learn Python and if you care more about visuals then JavaScript. Both the languages are really easy to learn. Hope this helps you.

for web development I recommend you learn the three languages used to customize it: html, javascript, and css.

I never used kotlin before but from I seen its built on top of Java like Scala. The syntax seems to be much more simple and less verbose and overall I constantly hear good things about it.
