What are important rules to be followed as to start a new blog
and
what you guys most expect when You're browsing sites (UI, product, response, speed, mobile friendly,etc)?

Speed is important:
while browsing everyone wants speed. So try to make simple blogs. Do not add fancy animations which may confuse the user while reading the main content.

Keep page tidy:
If you keep your page clean and tidy it is lot easier for user to search what he/she wants to search. It reduces the mental harassment while finding the main containt.

Use proper color combinations:
Using colors in a web/blog makes it attractive but overusing the colors makes blog boring. Do not forget to use white color as it plays an important role. As you know google prefer white color. It shows clarity.

Pages should be sorted:
If you dedicate some time from your life to create a stunning page it should be placed at the proper place where user can easily see them. Otherwise it is of no use.

Think by the perspective of user:
It is important to do what you want to do. But the most important thing is do what user wants to see, because you are making web for user.

Update your page:
Keep updating is just like surprise to the user and everyone love surprises. So give small surprises to create a small relation between you and the user.

Ask for feedbacks:
keep asking for feedbacks this will definitely improves your blog content.
