there are actually 2 ways.... one is by code background editor which is itself provided by the sololearn comunity.
other is by any specipic program called IDE for coding and compiling

You can write programs in a simple text editor, but I wouldn't recommend that. Get a dedicated IDE. Since you didn't specify the language I can't really recommend one.
