sending the links of html and css

please I want to send the link of my html and css for my webpage to a gmail but when i try to copy the links of my webpage to another computer system it will notify me "file not found" i want to know how i can copy the links of the webpage of html to another system without not complaining file not found

When i copy the links of the webpage to another system,it will notify me that "your file was not found"

so i want to send links of the webpage to a gmail a without not complaining in another system that "your file not found"
