is hindi better than french? that is your question..think twice before ask something. C++ && java are both OOP language, c++ have advantages and disadvantages ,java too... and depends on what you want to do . c++ is more efficient and consume low resources than java

A major difference is C++ has a tendency to be faster, works more directly off the processor-- java on the other hand has to be compiled into byte code then interpreted-- check out the different videos on youtube to see endless views on usage of both programing languages
