Armstrong numbers

Question

in this code the logic for telling whether a number is Armstrong or not works fine but the same logic isn't working for range part,the value of arm.p only remains 1 ,in case of range logic but changes when the code is used for checking of a single number only......I don't know why it's not working for range ..???
