C is an older language. C++ is an extension of C. this means that all C programs can be copied and pasted into a C++ program and it just works. well, it should. C# and JavaScript and Java are all 'C style' programming languages, but they handle things quite differently, but basic syntax is very similar in all four of these languages. i think C# is clearly the easiest to learn out of all 4 of these languages, which is why i recommend C# for beginners. But C# is still a fully developed language, and C# is my preferred language, even as an experienced programmer with over 25 years of experience.

Charan, you might be thinking of another programming language with C in its name. C# is very commonly used in making web pages on the server. i'm a C# developer, and i recommend C# for beginning developers. it is in my opinion, the easiest to learn and still a very popular programming language, and kan be used to make programs in all major operating systems. C# has less quirks than Java and C++, altho C++ kan be used to write a few kinds of programs that C# and Java cannot be used for. But C# and Java are the most popular programming language in my city, with many job opportunities.
