I started with C# as that was the first language offered at my education. I think that's a nice language to start with as it has similar syntax to C++. Starting with C is also a good option.

I started with HTML first. very simple and quick to learn the fundamentals and it doesnt require anything else. just code and make the extension html and open with browser. no compilers special software to start.

Buy an arduino: you start with a simplified C++ and you end up wehrever you like. Tons of tutorials and documentation to guide your first steps. I started like this and I highly reccommend it.

I personally learned with Java. But many people at Python is a good starting point!
