I doubt it. Sure, there may be computers that eventually program things "by themselves," but they can't actually figure out how to do what you want. Think about it this way, in order to get a webpage to look right, you need to nest things in a unique way for your website. Computers will also have to be programmed to program, as well. While computers do program empty shells, or fill a selected element with copied information, they won't actually be able to do what we do for quite some time.

Some of the web development is already automated. Any repetitive task can be automated. But the new, creative bits, things that make it just a bit nicer, or different, are much harder to automate, there will always be work for humans.
