Microsoft studio code is a great one to start with...it also has the key mappings of the popular editors out there...definitely should check it out...

I prefer Microsoft Visual Studio for .net and other "serious" programming... For web development, either Visual Studio Code, SublimeText or atom... It all comes down to user preferences, what you find easy to use/setup and understand.

bro.... it hasn't been "Macromedia Dreamweaver" literally in over a decade. it's been Adobe since the early 2,000s Adobe bought out Macromedia
