Something in the app went wrong

Question

If I put the answer in the field than my app is going off and I come back to my home screen on the phone.

This happens every time.

Close the app and delete app cache.
if your problem not solved, clear app data.
if your problem not solved, mail them at [e-mail]

Thanks for the fast reply. I did already everything. The app itself works just fine. I did the task on the web app.
