If you're averse to learning python for reasons that are at the moment beyond my understanding, you could try out "R", a language and environment for statistical computing and graphics.

Not mandatory to learn first. but it will help.
You can start reading about machine learning, very soon you will want to try out the examples, so you will need to know a language.
usually it is python.
Then you will have a good motivation to learn it fast.
Having a goal is the best way to learn coding 😁
