As a beginner do not start coding with C/C++, rather start with Python as the syntax is pretty much understandable and straightforward. I started my journey with CLang long story short - Think about it this way, You get to the Navy and have zero experience in swimming and they take you to the deepest part of the ocean and they leave you there to drown expecting you to get back to shore...

Hope that makes sense.

So with that said, my hardest obstacle was learning CLang, and my coding tip would be start with Python then move up the ladder.
