What is diffrence between head tag and body tag?

head tag is required but it is used only once.Because within the head tag ,the information about the document(metadata) is placed.

the head tag contains stuff that can't be seen on the webpage
the head tag usually contains the title of the page, a link to an external CSS code if any
the body tag usually contains all the visual outputs we see on webpages
