[off-topic]Play Store Ratings
Sometimes when i visit the playstore the ratings seem to be rigged. Sometimes apps with good ratings always end up having numerous comments about how bad they are. If the ratings are really being rigged how does one determine how to "not_waste_data" installing a scammy app?

Charan LEo25 I'm not sure if you understand what 4 - 10 GB a day means.
You will have to spend at least:
15 hours a day occupying your internet connection, reading 1000+ emails with their attachments, streaming music from Spotify, SoundCloud and iTunes while using Skype and going on the run with Google Maps, streaming and downloading blu-ray videos, all done simultaneously, within a day.
This is literally impossible with with a phone merely capable of 13+ Mbps.
Either that, or you are constantly downloading enormous files which take up your entire bandwidth, but that shouldn't be the case.
My data usage a month for mobile data and WiFi combined, is 5Gb. That's already above average usage, so you either run an entire lab of computers (which does not appear to be the case here), or maybe it's a hyperbolic statement.

There is a new feature in Android Oreo called Instant apps. Using this feature you can get access to apps without downloading them. But sofar very few apps have made their instant version available.

If you find a feasible way, I'm more than willing to share my connection, however both you and I know that there is no such thing as "bed-time anime stories".
