I use sublime text as well and it's MY perfect editor so far( saves me a lot of precious time). Only down side of it could be the fact that you have to pay for it.

If you want a lightweight editor notepad++ is enought. But if you want a professional powefull autocomplation featured editor, try Komodo edit, espacially for CSS. Now if you want an IDE, netbeans Web is very powerfull and its a complete solution. I have the three tools in my computer and I choose the most appropriate depending on the nature of the project.
