How to make Web Pc Configurator?

Question

I want to make PC Configurator on Web , I think I need HTML , CSS , JS.
Can you please help with making one thing : When you want to add CPU in your Config , you choose it and then it would be added to list with your PC Config and somewhere else (on webpage ) write how much this CPU costs (like Your Config costs: x$).
Can you show me please , how to do this code?

Thanks ;) But I need not to buy it , I need to select it from dropdown menu (I use Bootstrap 4.1)
