Colorblindness/hexadecimal

Question

For those with experience, can being colorblind make the hexadecimal system difficult to use? Or perhaps easier since your using the hexadecimal code rather then identifying the color visually?

It makes it easier. Learn Hex and you know the colors without seeing them
