Question About Layout And Animation

In Developement App we dont needed to learn layout language but in web we learn html css to describe and behavoiur of web page we learn javascript and php .
I think in future html and css language gone ended due to development of software to create layout and animation like wix editor.

yeah no, wix will never make html and css stop being used because guess what wix was written with?? html and css and wix isnt even that cool
