What steps to learn/ take to be a crypto coin developer

So i want to learn how to code/ program to make a token/ coin or other useful things to create a unique project but what steps should i go through first? should i learn to make a website then java script then an app or what ever ? what knowledge if useful for the crypto industry? and what steps should be taken to get that knowledge/ practice. i also want to understand blockchain better by also learning to create my own blockchain

One way to see what you need would be to look at the open reposetories of the cryptos you are interested in. Or you could look at ether tokens which are basically coins running on the ether chain.
