Don't Mess With Texas Yeah. They could (and maybe are planning) do that. We'll have to wait and watch on how it goes ;)
I logged your suggestion btw. Cheers!

Clarification about the ads....
The ads will help SoloLearn to keep the learning content and all features we have in the app as of now absolutely free.
In the future there might be some kind of premium content which can be unlocked by in-app purchase, but we got a confirmation that this won't affect any of the features the platform provides now.
We hope the community will understand the decision which was made to make sure learning content can be provided for free in the future.
Thank you for your understanding.

Don't Mess With Texas do you mean a badge showing that you're a premium member?

Sololearn indeed added ads as said in another discuss. But (maybe because I am using Android) I am not seeing any ads

If you installed apps from outside the play store you could be infected by some malware. Check your app list maybe so you might find some app that looks suspicious and should be deleted.

As far as I know SoloLearn doesn't advertise anything, you might have some malware, do you experience the same with other ad-free apps as well?

I dont see any ad :/

Nikhil Yes. Or maybe if they clarified it a bit more that they remain ad-free because of donations. Or there could be a separate supporting app on Google Play. Or there could be something similar such as reddit gold on reddit or I just came up with idea right now that maybe if you could promote your code/post because you donated that could also motivate people to donate.

Roel You're right, I just didn't see it until now.

Nikhil I think buying a nice badge next to your name would be enough for a lot of users to purchase premium in order to support SoloLearn remain free and ad-free.
