USA laws require parental consent to use a website for children younger than 13. In order to avoid that hassle, SoloLearn requires that all members be 13 or older. It was documented in the terms of service you agreed to in order to become a member. Along with all kinds of other rules about using this site that many claim to not know. The main reason you should actually read stuff before agreeing to it as your agreement to it makes it a legal contract between you and them. If you make a billion dollar game, but agreed to their owning all of your code, you'd likely lose in court.

Why would your parents care if you use SL??? Anyway... You're 15. You're old enough to make your own choices, most of which you'll regret round about your mid 20s. Tell your parents and tell them there's nothing they can do to change _who_ you are, even if they take all your tech away (phone/PC/tablet/etcetera). Don't _sneak_ behind parents' backs, then you're wrong.
Be calm but firm. The chances are they won't care if you told them. Unless you have a weird culture or religion. If so, be firm. You're not them. If you're assaulted verbally or physically then lay a charge at your nearest police station.

It's mostly to help parents protect their kids from creepers.

Also, if you ever apply for errors & omissions insurance, sometimes the application form will ask if you advise your clients about these sorts of things (like having a terms of use and other legal disclaimers requiring click-wrap). I'm not an attorney, so I tell my clients to go talk to an attorney about those things.

Strange question. If you are under 13 years old and are using SoloLearn without parental consent, you are breaking the Terms of Use, which is grounds for account suspension. If you are at least 13 years old, then I would recommend persuading your parents of the benefits of learning how to program so you don't have to sneak around them.
