You can use lubuntu which is the lightest of the OS.

You can boot using a USB-Configured prep, an emulator, or .ISO/CD. When installing just select dual-boot or add without removing the existing OS.

data is required depending upon your pc version's ...my pc version is 64 bit So,I downloaded kali linux in 2.8GB ...the website is https://www. kali linux .org .
And How to dual boot ...?
first you download it ..then you convert it into ISO file.then boot your pen drive. then go to your BIOS..with pressing the F9 or F10 key ..depending upon your pc ...and then install kali linux and then select dual boot ....thank U.
