Coding Challenges newly organized?

In learn section, the coding challenges section seems newly organized in my device. The Deficient Number challenge by Sir Krishna Teja Yeluripati is on top.
Does anyone else see this? If yes, what is the intent behind this? Is it to popularize older, easier ones?

Even I observed it yesterday... I think it's to popularize older challenges..

The only people that can answer this is the developers and it isn't likely as they don't read Q&A. Since it changes very little, I'm guessing they have some algorithm based on popularity maybe reorganized once a week.
