I think python is better option.because it has very simple syntax and we can easily write codes.big and famous companies also use python it is also a better option for a got a job in multinational company.You need to learn Django framework for web development in python there are so many other libraries available.

i suggest you use PHP for back-end because 80% of the worlds websites run PHP plus PHP is built for web apps.

a great alternative to PHP would be node JS.
